The kiwi fruit is very nutritious and at the same time low in calories. It contains more vitamin C than many other fruits. It contributes towards healthy skin, reduces blood pressure and the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Studies have suggested that consuming mango decreases the risk of obesity and overall mortality, diabetes and heart disease.

Pineapples are sources of important vitamins and minerals. Most interestingly, fresh pineapple is the only known source of an enzyme called bromelain, which may help reduce joint pain, and the symptoms of arthritis, reduce inflammation as well as inhibit tumour growth.
